Hello,

I'm a new user, and I find Smartrunner very cool.

My device is a PALM PRE, and so far it works great.

When I look at my uploaded tracks on the web site, the date of the event is good, but the time reflects the geographic area of Germany.

IS there a way to reflect my local time
GPS info should by sufficient, if not can I ajust it manually ?

If it cannot be done now, than it would be a nice option/improvement to develop.

Thanks again

One note: in some weeks you are able to change the date/time information on the website. This will help you to adjust your current tracks.

Hi LWI,
what kind of phone do you have? A Palm!?

We will fix this problem very soon. Please send us the IDs of the tracks you are concerned about via Email meanwhile (see contact page)! You get the ID from the URL of the track details page http://www.smartrunner.c...-48b2-9645-47ad3eaeb879

Whats your timezone GMT-5:00h – right!?

Cheers Rolf

Yeah, time zone is all messed up. The tracks' times on the phone are all different from the website's track.

times are being moved forward (am on Los Angeles time)

This problem of time zone discrepancy prevents me from importing my 2nd half of a marathon. The website complains "You can not import this track. You already own a track with starting time 3/19/2006 12:00:00 AM". Yes, I had imported my 1st half of a marathon. Too bad it was re-timed to "3/19/2006 12:00:00 AM" which is an unfortunate bug. Now I can't import the 2nd half.

On this note, a route/track merging feature is surely needed.

Yes, please fix the timezone thing. I am in Phoenix, Arizona, and just went for a walk at 4pm, yet when I upload my track, and look at it on the site, it shows that I did my walk tomorrow morning!! What?

Yeah, just give me a place on my pre (or on the website) to tell it where I am. It really should be able to pick this up from the location services/gps.
I travel around the world and would love for it to just know where I am, and upload my tracks based on the local time/date of where I'm walking

Other than that, so far I'm impressed!
