webOS v. 1.0.6 Premium menu isn't working Options · View

Hello,

I've been using SmartRunner for a while now, and was thrilled to see the premium version arrive in the app catalog. Unfortunately in the premium version I'm unable to get to my track history, change the sport, or edit my profile. I still have the free version on my Pre, which continues to work fine. Please advise.

I'm having the same issues. The premium app accepts my log in creditials, but doesn't pull down any of my data.

I just emailed them about this. I was excited about the live map tracking. I cant access menus, and i was born in 81 and it shows 68. My weight on my online profile is 155lbs but it always says 154lbs no matter what.

I gave a 3 star rating, as I know they will fix it. When they do I will give them 4 or 5 stars in the app catalog.

Sorry all, there has to be an issue during submission. We tested the app already 4 weeks ago. Everything worked fine. Sure, it has to be, since the premium version has just the same base as the free version has. It could be that something happend during submission. We will work this out, fix it and will publish a new version. Sorry for any inconvenience. I will get back to you soon. Very soon.

Rolleck, thanks for the reply. I just the 1.07 update and am now able to log in to my profile. Thanks! If anyone gave a low review due to the login issue in 1.06, update to 1.07 and try again. (p.s. I had to make sure I was "logged out" in 1.06 before the update to 1.07 worked. don't know if it was just a coincidence or what..)

Hi Riz, Hi All,
thanks for your post. The update for SmartRunner Premium is now available. The problem is fixed. Everything works fine now. So if you have downloaded v1.0.6 already, please update to Smartrunner version v1.0.7 without any additional fee. Enjoy.

PS: This problem could happend because we are not responsible for the submission in app catalog. This is done by Palm itself. So, we are happy about some positive app catalog reviews now ;-) Thanks

The latest updates to the application (1.1.0) are much improved and I have had several reliable recordings of my runs. I'm very satisfied now. I decided to upgrade to the premium version to support the developer/s who are doing good work! Looking forward to premium features. Not sure yet if it's possible to move my data from the free app to the premium app?
